Hayes School - Frequently Asked Questions
| Why are there no Photos of pupils on your website? | Unfortunately due to Child Protection Legislation we are unable to publish photos externally without getting parents' permission. As you can appreciate this is extremely hard to arrange and time consuming for our staff, so we have opted not to pursue this option. |
| Some of the Pupils' work on your website has been there for some time and needs to be updated. | New work is added to our website, however this is an ongoing process, and needs to be submitted by busy teachers and then processed for inclusion on the website (e.g. scanned or file format changed). The work on our website is there to serve as an example of what our pupils produce every day. |
Are there plans to communicate with parents via email? |
We are currently looking into systems that allow us to do this. However this depends on demand for this service and if it is economically viable for us to do this. To help us, please complete and submit our Parents' survey. |
| I would like my child to come to Hayes School, what must I do? | Please either download our admission application form and send to the school or phone the school on 01803557336 for further details (Please note that submitting an application does NOT guarantee a place for your child). |
| I Missed a newsletter, can I get another copy? | All recent newsletters are available from the Documents section of our website in PDF Format. |
